I just wanted to do a quick post about what you have been up to lately. You are growing up into a little boy more and more each and day and learning something new everyday. You are so funny and its so cute to see you learn things and say things. Mama can sometimes understand you more than daddy when you talk hahaha.
*Wearing 3T shirts and pjs...they are a little big on you. 2T pants still fit you the best...you wear some 3T but you seem to drown in them or step on bottoms. You are loving wearing your zip up fleece jammies again now that its starting to get cold out. Every morning you say Leave Jammies on!! On the weekends we let you stay in them most of the morning and its usually a battle to get real clothes on you.
*You discovered mamas name..you often call me Roar-ra and you think its so funny. I have gotten you to say Lee a few times to get him back haha.
*Love your routine---brush your teeth by yourself on the step stool..pee on your mickey potty and then take a bath. You often do not want to get out of the bath. We usually read you a few stories and then lay you down, and keep the door open until you fall asleep. We usually start the process at 730 and you are in bed by 8pm. You usually still wake up around 630, 645 if we are lucky. You watch cartoons--before school..mickey mouse clubhouse is your fav.
*We have finished up most of the basement so we have moved a majority of your toys down there, yay for space in the living room again and you love playing down there. You love to play hockey with us and kick the ball around to play soccer. You love using your drill/hammer to work and help daddy.. You often say, "I did it."
*You still love singing your abcs, twinkle twinkle, rain rain go away... You can recognize pretty much all of the letters when we hold them up..sometimes you confuse some. We are working to recognize numbers now..you can count to about 15 or so but arent as good as recognizing them.
*You finally have mastered the colors! Yay you arent color blind! haha You had no interest in this but lately you have and love saying what color things are..you can even sort all your play food into the correct basket(labeled by color).
*Eating is a struggle..some days you eat and eat and many you want nothing to eat or just a few bites of fruit.. Every morning you wake up and say I want grape juice (water mixed with some grape juice) you also want choc milk!(mostly white milk with a splash of chocolate milk. You still love to drink and drink.
*Love Popsicle..every night you want one..typically orange ones. ahha We make you eat them at the table because they are messy. You do not like being dirty or things messy..if you find a spec of anything you freak out and want us to wash your hands off or take it.
*You often still want to sit with us at the dinner table...sit with mama. sit with mama. its too cute.
*You still love the ipad and its your ipad!! haah you love to play games on it and watch different nursery type rhymes on it.
*You love to be outside and mow the lawn..obsessed if anyone mows the lawn..if daddy mows you need to help.
*You love the park and all your friends..find the people youll say. Its been so fun to have neighboorhood friends for you and for us to talk to.
*At daycare you started to participate in the school stuff at the beginning of the school day. YOu always run out with what you learned or made..tell me all about it and say Im going to show daddy..and you show him when we get home. You also have an obsession with teh carwash.. You ask me every day if we can go to the car wash. If we drive by it you also get mad at want to go. Good thing we have an unlimited monthly membership there. You are amazed everytime we go. I try to at least take you once a week but youd love to go daily if I let you.
*You have been going on the potty before bath for what seems a couple months now.. we took your portable potty downstairs and a couple weekends ago you had interest to sit on it and took your diaper off to go.. We tried putting you in underwear for the day and you did quite well. You only peed in your underwear like once in the morning..but you sat on there and peed like every five mins.haha After your nap you kinda lost interest and kept peeing so we put you back in your diaper. We prob will need to just pull the trigger and not give in and try only underwear no matter what for like 4 days straight. Well see maybe well wait till after the holidays unless you start to show more interest. You often will say poopy diaper now..half the time you havent done anything but sometimes youll go an hour or so after.

Halloween 2015- Mickey Mouse
The week before we picked out pumpkins at Northwoods (Oronoco Mn) and we carved them the week before. You were so excited to carve them but once we started you didnt want to touch the guts/seeds..they were too yuckey..you just watched Daddy carve your Mickey for you. hahaha Last year you were all about it.
You had an absolute blast this Halloween. You were so excited to go trick or treating and get dressed up in your costume. You kept saying, I want Candy!!
We started the Halloween festivities the Thursday before Halloween at mamas work. They had a fall festival for all the kiddos so I picked you up early from daycare, dressed you up and went to the party. When we got there you said I want candy! haha I took you in to see my coworkers first, they were so excited to see you. You were a little shy but happily took candy from them.
I even got one picture of you in the hallway looking bashful. Everyone thought you were so adorable.
We then went down to the party and met daddy in the lobby. They had 3 bounce houses, pick your own pumpkin, and a little set of pretend looking houses with windows where they gave out treats, juice box, goldfish, stickers etc. You sucked down your juice box in like 5 seconds and ate some animal crackers. You bounced in on of the bounce houses but were afraid of the other ones. You ran around chasing kids and playing with the balloon toy they gave you.
On Halloween day you woke up from your nap all excited and said, "Trick or treating." You were so excited to put your costume on and you were jumping up and down with excitement. We went over to our neighbors house the Tanks and met up with everyone and went around the neighborhood. You loved running around with the older kids and getting candy. One house even gave away books. You started to get a little tired and would say go home but then when we said ok lets go you said no more candy. You filled up your whole pumpkin with candy. We hung out a while afterwards at the Schmidt s house and you played with the rocket toy. We headed home around 8 pm and when we got home you had some skittles and finally we got you to bed around 845. You went right to sleep. Such a fun Halloween had by all:)

Apple Orchard Fun
We had our annual trip to Sekapps Apple Orchard...it is so much more fun when you have a kiddo to bring along. We went bright and early which was nice to beat the crowds. You played in the playground/sandbox which also had old fashioned teeter totters which you thought were so fun. Also gave mommy and daddy a nice leg workout too. When the first tractor/wagon came down we hopped on and were off to pick some apples. You absolutely love tractors so you were super excited to be on a tractor ride.
We got dropped off and headed down to find some honeycrisp apples, bag in hand. You thought it was really fun and cool for about 5 mins then you were asking where the tractor was and kept looking for it. We were able to get a few cute pics but then we were scurrying to fill our bag so we could hop back on the tractor.
We got back on and you were so excited to ride on the tractor again.. they took a longer route behind all the rows of apples. You didnt want to get off. We then headed over to the area with pumpkins and you were just not having it. You didnt want to pick out a pumpkin or get your photo taken. We finally carted you off to the car and you cried the whole way home saying, "I want a pumpkin." Oh to be two you didnt want one and then now you want one. Such a struggle. In your defense you had a hard time getting to bed the night before so you didnt fall asleep till after 10pm which is unheard of so you were a tired little boy.
We had some lunch and tried our apples and off to a nappy you went. You were much happier when you woke up and mama even bought you your very own little pumpkin at the grocery store while you were napping. You were so excited and carried it all around the front yard.

Summer 2015
Just wanted to do a little post on what you have been up to lately. You are talking more and more each day and you are so funny these days.
*When we sneeze you'll say "Bless you mama"
*You say hey mom or hey dad when you see us
*You're obsessed with buses, tractors, cranes, dump trucks etc--there is so much construction/building going on by our house so you love it.
*You also like ambulances, fire trucks, motorcycles etc..you get so excited to see all of these.
*You are such a dare devil love going head first down the slide esp into your little blow up pool filled with water.
*You still love dirt and rocks.
*You love your milk and orange juice(half water/half juice) and you want them at the same time too
*You love going to the park and playing with all the other kids
*You like to sing your abcs, twinkle twinkle, rain rain go away
* You can count to about 12 or so

Being 2!
We had your 2 year apt on Friday and you are still a shortie- 33inches (14%) and around 29 lbs (66%). You hated being weighed and measured..you screamed hysterically. When they listened to your heart and checked your ears you clung to me and breathed in heavy staring at them; trying not to cry. You hated your one shot too! No more shots till age 5! Yay!
*Wearing a huge mix of clothes, 2T shirts some 3T, pjs-24 months to 2T in the zip up fleece and the cotton ones you can wear the 2T or 3T..the tops are very hard to get on haha, for pants you still drown in a lot of 24 month pants but the 18 month ones are short.
*Shoes-wearing a size 5.5 still tiny feet, we bought you some new shark sandals that are a size 6 but are a little big on you.
*Wearing a size 6 diaper but they are kinda big on you..the daycare was insisting we move up a size..I think we could go back to the 5s.
*Becoming a picker eater...some days you ll go to town and others you wont eat much. You love pineapple..you call it apple. haha You love your milk- we are going to switch you to 2% this week. You love juice too (mostly water with a splash of gatorade)--prob not the best for you but we gave you gatorade when you had the flu and now your hooked, you wont just drink plain water.) You like hot dogs, mac and cheese, cheese sticks, cheerios. Cookies/candy--you just help yourself if you find these things so we have to keep them hidden.
*We keep you up a little later now we usually will start the bed time routine around 730 now and youre usually sleeping by 8--some nights you'll kick your crib hard and jabber until you finally give in and fall asleep. You still havent tried to climb out of your crib and Im hoping you dont..Im dreading this. You usually sleep till 645ish.. YOu still take one nap..usually after lunch around 12-1230 and will usually sleep a couple of hours.. sometimes we need to wake you up..
*You love to be outside again, going to the park and going down the big slide! We put together your sandbox from grandma and you love it! You want to be in there non stop. You love running all around the yard and down the street. We constantly have to chase after you!
*You can count to about 12 (when you want to), kinda sing the abcs with help and twinkle twinkle. You can put together your A to Z puzzle very well. You are starting to like duplos and building things. Obsessed with choos choos everytime you hear one coming by our house you run to the window to watch for it. Also love buses--point to them on the way home everyday and freak out when you see them.
*Still like books alot..youll want to read them over and over.
*Starting to like Mickey Mouse Club on tv..you like to do the hot dog dance haha its so cute!
*You are quite the lil stinker you'll jump on the couch or stand on things you know you are not suppose to and they say HEY and laugh and jump up and down or youll say Landon! like you are yelling at yourself.
*We started up round two of swim classes..you just love it.. you scream when its time to get out of the water.
*You like to say the word no a lot; you'll shake your head and say no no no in a different high pitched tone.
*You are combining a lot of words to make questions/sentences.. Where are you choo choo? etc Its been fun to see you learn alot of words, we still cant understand you at times.
*No real interest to learn the colors or in potty training.. We bought everything for it a while ago and the one that goes on the toilet you have screamed when we put you on it and the little potty chair you liked to play with and drag it around so we just put it away bc we dont want you to think its a toy.. Sometimes youll say potty but generally youll lie if we ask you if you went potty. You are disturbed by a messy or soaked diaper either. You still hate to get your diaper changed too!

Choo Choo Im 2!!
You are now 2 years old! I am still in disbelief and denial hahaha. We had a Choo Choo party for you this past Saturday. It was a lot of fun. You just loved all the train stuff and when you saw the Thomas balloon you freaked out and kept saying Choo Choo and pointing etc! heheh
We had bought you a train table for your bday that was delivered right before the party while you were napping so we got it all set up just in time for the party. You were very excited when you woke up and saw it! Cousins Ava and Cam had a blast playing with it too!
We have your 2 year apt on Friday so I will do your stats update and another general update.

Lately- Feb 12, 2015
I have not posted in a long time but just wanted to do a little update on you. You are growing up so fast and it is so exciting to see what you discover each day.
*You have an obsession with the ipad. Immediately every night after dinner you walk into the living room saying, I pad I pad and pointing and looking everywhere for it. Youll go look where it last was in hopes of finding it. You love watching nursery rhyme songs on it...top favs are Wheels on the Bus, Head Shoulders Knees and Toes, Old McD, If youre happy and you know it. We usually have to limit the amount of time and then say all done for the night and usually youll freak out but youre getting better about it..youll eventually move onto something else.
You still love books..you like to open them yourself and flip the pages and lots of times youll say what you see..the animals name or sounds they make, or vroom, or brrr cold, or muah for kisses etc.
You love dragging the frying pans and lids across our hard wood floors. EEK we finally just had to give in and let you do it..well def need to have those refinished when we are done having kids.
Your new fav is to open drawers and reach up and grab all the silverware etc out and run them one by one to the living room and say thank you each time.
You love buses all of a sudden..you see them driving home and point and say Bus, Bus! I bought you the little peoples bus that sings diff songs from The Wheels on the Bus song.. You love it.
You have an obsession with saying the word baby. We have no idea why..maybe the girls at daycare? You call your fav teddy bear baby.. and you always call out for him and want him at bed.. you will call other stuffed animals baby too..youll see little kids/babies out and you'll say it too. Too funny! When staying at gmas you played with Avas dolls and would lay them down and say night night and put them to bed then wake them up and shake them ahah.
You like to lay on the floor or by a blanket and say night night and youll pretend to snore..its the cutest thing ever. I think we used to do it sometimes.. You just pick up on everything!
You love to say your name.. if we say Landon come in here or what are you doing..youll repeat back Landon! Landon! haha
You have had diff freak out tantrum phases...for a couple weeks you hated the bath...I think its bc you knew bed time was coming..the next phase was hating your high chair and not wanting to sit down to eat and wanted knowing to do with it..this past week its been going to bed in the dark we think we have figured out thats the problem. Typically after we read to you and laid you down in your crib with your baby (teddy bear) and two blankets we could shut the door and leave and youd go to sleep with out a peep..then all of a sudden you started freaking out and crying and standing up and screaming Mommy! Daddy! over and over and would want us to sit in your room until you fell asleep and then you were fine.. Last night I tried to leave your door open with the bathroom light on and you went to sleep without a peep. Im thinking maybe you are suddenly afraid of the dark? You wouldnt do this at nap time. I went and bought a night light at lunch so well see if that helps too.
With everything it can be frustrating at times..but I just have to tell myself that its just a phase and it too shall pass. There are other moments like when I rock you at night(holding you in my arms and you put your head on me, suck your thumb and put your other arm around me) after reading to you and sing to you.."You are my Landon" (you are my sunshine) and I think about how much I will miss rocking you before bed. You barely fit into my arms anymore (tear tear!) You will always be my sweet baby and I try to take in all these moments. Its really the only time youll let me cuddle/hold you anymore.

Christmas 2014
Christmas was a very fun one this year! You were so into opening all the presents and loved tearing open everything.
We started off celebrating with cousins Ava and Cam in Waseca in early December. Ava had the flu so we debated still getting together but we still made it work and hoped that no one would catch the nasty flu bug from her. (Luckily no one did) It was quite chaotic with a 4 year old, and two 19 month boys (six days apart) The living room was full of paper and toys everywhere! Ava's presents mostly had a Frozen theme..the boys even loved her new Frozen singing doll. haha All and all, all of the kiddos were very spoiled! Cam and Landon had a blast chasing each other around the house beep beeping...Landon with the shopping cart and Cam with the stroller (Pink and all)- they were things Ava had played with when she was little. haha
Since I had to work everyday but Christmas day we stuck around town and had Christmas days to just ourselves..which was just perfect! On Xmas Eve my mom and Miguel came over and went to church with us. I was a little worried at how well Landon would do sitting through and hour plus Christmas Pageant etc but he did great. He loved all the singing and would clap hysterically after each song. haha Everyone thought he was so cute! He also talked to the girl across the aisle that we sat by last year when they were just little babies. Too cute. The girl was quite the show off singing her abcs..Landon cant do that yet. haha
We then went back to our house and I had made a roast, cheesy potatoes and peppermint cheesecake. I even busted out our fancy china and silverware that sits in our hutch each year. heheeh Figured we should use it! After dinner, gma and gpa read Landon every book he owned that was in the general vicinity. haha We then sprinkled Landon's reindeer food in the front yard that he had made at daycare.
On Christmas morning we all woke up and we handed Landon his Christmas stocking. He pulled out each item one by one and would say "Wow" each time and run over with whatever it was. Too cute for words!! We then opened our stockings and then Landon proceeded to open all of his gifts, including ours. haha He opened his big Santa present from us a new Wagon!! He loved it and sat in it and kept opening the door and going in and out over and over. We cant wait till its warmer and we can use it. He then proceeded to stand on the seat over and over so we had to take it away and put in in the garage. (Mean parents) haha
The weekend after Christmas, we headed to Wisconsin to celebrate with Lee's family. We also celebrated Lee's bday which was the following day. We had ice cream cake and put Landon to bed and then stayed up way too late having drinks and playing the game, Battle of the Sexes. (which is and extremely hard game). The next day we put together a Christmas puzzle (Kraemer tradition) and chased Landon around. We opened up gifts after Landon's nap and he again had a blast opening all of the presents. He was very spoiled once again. We had too many things to try and cram in our car for the trip home. (You could barely see poor Landon in the back seat) We had a yummy dinner and then just relaxed and worked on the puzzle. Someone was over tired from all the days fun and took and hour or so to get to go to sleep. EEK. We went to church early Sunday morning and had breakfast, did stockings and then headed back home to MN.
Overall a very busy and fun Christmas had by all:)
We started off celebrating with cousins Ava and Cam in Waseca in early December. Ava had the flu so we debated still getting together but we still made it work and hoped that no one would catch the nasty flu bug from her. (Luckily no one did) It was quite chaotic with a 4 year old, and two 19 month boys (six days apart) The living room was full of paper and toys everywhere! Ava's presents mostly had a Frozen theme..the boys even loved her new Frozen singing doll. haha All and all, all of the kiddos were very spoiled! Cam and Landon had a blast chasing each other around the house beep beeping...Landon with the shopping cart and Cam with the stroller (Pink and all)- they were things Ava had played with when she was little. haha
Since I had to work everyday but Christmas day we stuck around town and had Christmas days to just ourselves..which was just perfect! On Xmas Eve my mom and Miguel came over and went to church with us. I was a little worried at how well Landon would do sitting through and hour plus Christmas Pageant etc but he did great. He loved all the singing and would clap hysterically after each song. haha Everyone thought he was so cute!
