8 months old 4/20

 You are 8 months old and bursting with smiles and a fun personality.

*Wearing mostly 12 month clothes, you can squeeze into some 9m.  Moved up to size 5 diapers. 

*Eating--every 3 hours usually.  Most days youll drink 3 5ish oz bottles at school and take two naps there. At home youll nap a little longer.

*Go to bed its usually a struggle to make it till 7pm... Im still nursing you to sleep which we prob should stop but enjoying the cuddles.

*Still nursing and pumping.. my slacker boob is making like nothing so its getting harder to keep pumping I keep wanting to stop and then have guilt and sadness..well see how much longer Ill last.

*Sleep-  Good nights you wake up like once... some nights its like twice.. like around 10pm and ill feed you and then you may wake up again and dad will rock you back to sleep.. I have just not wanted to feed you more than once a night. We prob need to cut you off completely.  When nursing its just easier to just feed you quick and back to sleep you go.

*Eating purees and yogurt.  You do like raspberries, banana.. puffs and yogurt melts.  Weve given you random bites of some things.  Eggs you dont really like the texture.  You like peanut butter alot.

*Still rolling all over to get where you want to go and you can go from sitting to your tummy..no crawling yet.  Weve had you stand up holding on to stuff for a bit.

*You started waving which is super cute.

*Still only babbling and saying dada but not sure you get it.

*Love grabbing on to things and chewing on everything.. still just two teeth but I think more are on their way.

*Love your jumping toys and spinning around.

*Getting better at sitting longer but will still occ topple over esp when grabbing for things.

*Almost a month with your helmet and doing great with it..doesn't bother you and we have seen great improvements...hopefully it continues and we wont need it too much longer.
